Exclamation FRONT END sitting low, is this a suspension issue?

97 xploder XLT 6cy. auto 2wd

The front end of my xploder is sitting close to '2' inches lower than the rear could this be a suspension issue. dont believe is affecting my driving, though its appearences look a bit Blahhh u know.

Ive been looking up some possible ideas

the Torsion Bar.... Crank up
Anyone with experience some advice would be apreciated
