Default Help! Explorer won't start.

1996 Explorer 4.0 sohc.
The car was running fine three days ago, which was the last time I had it running. I was going to change the oil today and I thought I'd warm the engine before draining the oil.
It wouldn't start. It's cranking over ok, there's fuel in the fuel rail, but the engine will not fire.
It seems like something has failed suddenly.
Coil pack? Crank sensor? I don't know where to look first!!
Any fuses to check?
I'm trying to get this car ready for the UK yearly check.
Thanks in advance people.
