Hello,

I have an 04 explorer.
I noticed the other day that if i hit the brakes hard, almost to the point of the abs kicking in i feel a thump in the brake pedal and hear kinda like a clunk coming from the front end. Is this something normal with the abs??? The truck only has 15,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. There are no other problems or noises under normal braking.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
