My 2003 explorer has the factory tow package with a four way plug for a trailer. I need to switch it over to a 7-way but the connection under the frame is difficult to see clearly and I can’t tell how to disconnect it without the risk of breaking something. I can’t find any YouTube videos for the specific task and I hate to take it to a shop for what should be a ten minute job
any help would be appreciated
