hey people.... I have a 96 explorer.... and there is this loud noise coming from the rear of the turck, it sounds like a loude winding noise..... and i can only hear it when the vehical is ideling.... its comming from the rear like above the spare tire.... somebody told me that it might be the fuel pump.... and i had the pump replaced about a year n a half ago... and i dont recal hearing it before the pump got replaced.....how long do fuel pumps usually last? it cant only be 2 years can it?...... or could the pump that they put in for me just be a bad one?
THe noise is sooooooooooooooooooo loude, its like finger-nails going down a black board......
Well if anyone has any clue as to what it may be, please, share the thoughts, anything would help.... also, i have 3 other post that i need assistance on as well...
