hello i am new here my girlfriend has bought me a 94 ford explorer it broke us on my way home i lost the fuel pump well actuall thought i was outta gas long story short it ran once out of impound for like three blocks and has not ran since so i am thinking fuel pump but what are the odds of it being something else checked the relay its not it check the trip switch under the floor mat it is not it so that leaves me with is it getting fire yep starting fluid ignites the engine so now i am left with what you tell me thanks for your time hope to hear from you sincerely ferroussphinx

 

[sm=welcomesign.gif]The relay is the most proble cause for this.I would switch the relay with the a/c relay or the eec relay.If that does not work I would suspect the fuel pump.
