I know this is probably in this thread somewhere, but without spending a day and a half searching, I was wondering if someone could enlighten me as to what the issue is with GPS in my 2011 Explorer?? I have updated the software and called Ford... did master reset etc. But almost every time, eventually my GPS disconnects and it totally worthless. Red X through the GPS and the car icon floats into never never land. I have had problems since I bought the car new. Pretty frustrated with Ford over this...
