My car is in the impound lot and it was turned on side before it was towed. I am paying $ every day my car stays in there. The fuel shut-off seems to be the problem, can anyone please tell me where this is located as I don't have an owner's guide. thank you!!!

p.s. i have seen that it is mostly by passenger side under glove box, red button? is the kicker panel the same thing, I need help and would appreciate any ideas
