Thumbs up

Welcome to the site,

What looks like is happen given your screen shot is that Bank 2 (left/drivers side) is running rich given the high voltage generated by the 02 and the lack of switching or cross counts. The 02's will/should 'cross count' back'n forth between zero and 1.0v centered over the mid range voltage point within specific timing. If high our low or lagging with time, codes are set.

If Bank 2 is running rich, the PCM will try and correct the air/fuel ratio to spec which can affect Bank 1 going lean or affecting its cross count ability and ratio.. Bank 1 02 is ranging but is south of desired voltage (lean)..

How is it running? Any accompanying codes? Work done prior?

Code p1152 came up b4 fuel pump and filter were changed. cleared code , keeps coming back. new muffler. it runs great other than being sluggish when it first starts to move, but then when you give it half throttle sluggish then takes off. it does act like it wants to die once in a while.
all the work i performed:
water pump; heater hose; ball joint; muffler and a bearing.
it has always been sluggish on takeoff since we got it (2 months ago) it looks like its been maintained. maybe a tune-up?
PS: IT DOES AVERAGE 18 MPG
