Default No crank, no start

2004 Explorer battery died in cold weather, replaced battery, now no crank no start. Checked fuses, swapped relays, ohmed out trans selector switch. Starter turns whenshorting solenoid out, but not with key. Running out of ideas…..

What is the anti-theft lamp doing when you are attempting to get it started?

Problem solved (I think) light flashes really fast with key in on position. Apparently the car has lost ability to recognize the chip in each key. Contacted dealer waiting on reply. Thanks
