no power to inverta switch

Default no power to inverta switch

i am new here and i have a 92 explorer, 1st problem was gas gauge not working so we droped the tank replaced the float now she works now for the hard part the emergency fuel shut off switch don't work anymore(interva switch i think it is called) i know it is good but it isn'y getting any fire to it. i took a jumper wire and ran it to the pink hot wire and ran it to a fuse that works when i turn on the ignition switch so the fuel pump will run. can anyone please advise me on what to do .... thanks

Hello,
I have an 86 ranger and it has fuel pump problems, what you can do is on top of the inertia switch is a reset button, so push it and that should solve your problems.
