o4 explorer whinning

o4 explorer whinning
i have a whinning noise comeing from the rear end (i think)...it get louder and louder till you hit 60 mph then it almost goes away...if you let off the gas it goes away and as soon as you get in the gas again it starts..any oppinions/suggestions how to fix or look for?
