I have a 2000 Exploder xls 4.0l vin x. I had the power steering pump and the rack replaced (i did the pump myself). Now when at a rpm 1500 or above the steering wines like the pump is bad, but at a low rpm 500-1000 you can hear a pin drop. anyone have a idea what this could be? also if you look at/in the reservoir turn the wheel and raise the rpm's it looks like there is a vibration since the fluid will splatter real fine drops of fluid untill rpms come back down. all air is out of system, i checked that multiple times and the fluid don't foam or show signs that it wants to
