I have a '99 Limited and while driving the other day my blinkers and hazard lights quit working. I have replaced all bulbs and fuses. I then replaced the relay underneath the steering wheel and now I get this buzzing noise when I turn on the key. Also, my power windows don't work. Any ideas or suggestions? My wife is about to go nuts driving without blinkers....

 

i have seen some vehicles that won't work when the flasher goes out, is that what u meant when u said relay?the flasher??
