Default Rattling Engine sound

I replaced all the timing chains and guilds and tensioners about 4 years ago. About two years ago a slight rattle at start up developed, then a couple of weeks ago after brisk performance demonstration about 10 seconds a rattle at idle developed at the end of the day.

Anyway now it is there even at other engine speeds, at idle as it accelerators and sounds like before the timing chain replacement. Over the weekend I replaced the right and left tensioners, but they still had a lot of spring in them. But swapped them for the again New tensioners I bought due to the startup rattle.

I took to the mechanic who installed the chains etc and says it should go away by itself. And ask if I filled up that day, which I did. He has put synthetic oil, but I doubt the noise will go away. It is louder under the oil pan location.

The belt was removed still noise there.

Any ideas?

Well I must say this time the forum did not come to my rescue. I had is fixed the noise was from the torque converter!
This time it was not the timing chains.
Hope it helps someone.
