Hello, I have a 2010 Escape,V6. I would like to know two things. At how many kilometers should I replace the spark plugs? Second I live out of town and commute to work an hour every day. Are there any spark plugs that would improve my M.P.G.

What are the best plugs for my truck. Is it worth the money to get platinum plugs, I need reliability the most! The V6 is much harder to do, so Iam thinking platinum because they will last longer.
