Reset airbag code 12?

Reset airbag code 12?
I am working on a 1995 Explorer. I was cleaning the battery terminals and replacing the terminal on the ground cable at the battery end and now I have an airbag code 12 flashing. I have searched and found this is caused by a missing or low voltage on pin 14 of the airbag monitor circuit.
I have confirmed that no fuses are blown and I tried jumping the 2 pin reset connector per some instructions I found but nothing seems to clear this code. It flashes a 12 a few times and then stays lit.
I found the blue airbag module under the right kick panel along with the reset connector. Where is Pin 14 so I can verify the 12 volts is present? Is it one of the 2 connectors on the blue module?
