Default Speed Sensor Location

I made a post the other day on a problem that I have with my ABS light that came on. In the replies to my problem it was stated for me to look at the speed sensor on the rear differential. I tried today to locate the speed sensor and was not successful. Can someone please, point me in the right direction to locate the speed sensor. Thanks,

Should sit on top of the rear diff. held in with one bolt , has a single plug going to it with several wires in it

He is right about the location but it will only have two wires to it and a ten MM bolt holding it in. The connector also has a little red tab that you will have to slide back before you can depress the release on the connector. Your best bet is to take the bolt out, wiggle the sensor out of the diff, and get it to where you can see it before you try to remove the connector so that you do not accidentally break it. Unless you are very skinny, you may need to jack up the rear of the vehicle and don't forget the jack stands cause we want to hear from you again. Hope this helps.

Almost forgot, make sure you seat the sensor before you tighten the bolt. If you use the bolt to seat it it will break.
