I have 2 issues:
My temperature power button is stuck 'on', it will not power off by pressing power. I looked on the dashboard screen to see if there were any options, couldn't find anything. The only thing I could think of is we were messing around with the functions to try to figure out how to turn off the interior lights since we were at the drive in movies. That is the other issue that we didn't figure out. If anyone can help that would be great. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer
