I have searched for several days online. I have found what many like myself have been searching for, whickis the early model 91-94 explorer/ rangers fuse diagram, by the emergency brake.here it is:
http://www.autozone.com/az/cds/en_us...rInfoPages.htm
(look under diagram for your applicable yr and model, then clickon diagram to enlarge)

the 96 and newer are on that ford site.

If you can't even find your fuse how do you expect to fix a window problem. It ain't goin to happen. Check fuses, check relays, check lockout switch(at drivers location, but only locks out passenger window not driver window), check motors, check wiring harnesses, etc. When window switch is pressed do you "hear" motor trying to move the window up or down. Is this an electrical or mechanical problem. This are some of the things that need to be checked and if you can't do something as simple as locating a fuse you going to need help.
