Default Zero power after washer pump replacement

I have a 2005 Ford Expedition and today i went to change the cleaner pump for the windshield wipers. I disconnected the positive post then negative. Removed the battery completely, then had to take the battery box out in order to get to the windshield wiper cleaner reservoir. Once i got the reservoir off, i disconnected the hoses and electrical on the pump and installed the new. I put everything back in and went to get in the truck to move it and found that i had zero power. Thought maybe a post was loose or i accidently knocked something loose, so i checked everything several times and still no power. Even had the battery tested and it is perfect. What could be my problem? Could i have possibly blown a main fuse somewhere?

At this point anything is possible. When you were disconnecting the battery cables, did you touch anything to create a spark? We always remove the negative cable first and put it on last to prevent an arc problem.
