I am looking to add more power to my stock F-150 but almost everything I can pull up is for a mustang GT or the 5.4L. I do not have the 5.4L motor so what I'm basically asking is does anyone know if the 4.6L 2V truck motor is the same as the mustang motor and will the parts bolt up and fit or do I need to do some work to make it fit. I also live in California. So take my states crappy SMOG laws into account. Thank you for your help.
