I own a 2003 F-150 2WD. I want to level the suspension to give a 4WD appearance. I am not familiar with lift kits or body lifts. I need some ideas. Something easy and cheap. What do you think about torsion bar adjustments? Will I achieve the desired look by doing this? Please help!

 

If you just want to raise the front to level it.[hr]Ford sell's a spring pearch kit that will raise the front spring's.[hr]But the spring's have to be takin out to do this.
