The system has freon but the compressor stops and starts every few seconds How do I fix it so the low pressure swich does not cut out?

"Has freon", but is it a full charge? What are your LOW and HIGH pressure readings? Ambient outside air temperature for the gause readings? The cycling could be from a low charge, LOW pressure switch, HIGH pressure switch or even something else such as poor air flow causing high pressures.
