12 f150 hd transmission fluid

I have coolest looking truck om the planet. 2012 Harley davidson f150 with 6.2 engine, 411 hp. Got it used, has 97,000 miles on it, transmission fluid has never been changed. I have read every post here and i am conflicted. I talked to Ford about fluid says it should have been changed at 60,000 miles. They flush the transmission but don't put in a new filter. The truck has no issues, it runs so smoothly, you never even feel it shift. The fluid is not burnt it feels like new to the touch. It is still at full line, the seal hadn't even been broken till we checked the fluid. What should I do?

Always drop the pan, replace the filter and fluid all together. You are overdue. When the filter starts becoming loaded with debris, fluid flow through it begins to diminish, eventually when it gets really loaded, the transmission will slowly become starved for fluid. The pan will accumulate debris and the magnet residing will become loaded with debris all requiring cleaning. They will cut a cooling line, connect their machine and flush away without dropping the pan. Never do a flush as it will cause any debris which has settled in the pan to circulate and find a new home somewhere in the transmission.
