1986 f150 Car 302 to truck 302 engine swap/Aod trans question

89 Lincoln TownCar 302 to 86 f150 302 engine swap
Hi everyone.
I got a question bout swapping a lincoln towncar 302 into a truck. Awhile back my f150 motor wore out and i recently bought another motor for it.
The only difference i notice is the altenator os on the left side in stead of the right and it had another o2 sensor instead of only one as my truck orginal motor had.
My buddy dont think it will line up on the frame,
Would it be able to line up or would i need to modifiy it some? Also is there any other problem would run into?
