While I have a multitude of questions, I have two that I hope someone here can help me with. To start, I have a 1990 F150, shortbed and 4wd. Is it possible to put the long bed side mount tank on the short bed frame? I understand that everything may not line up nicely, so I’m prepared to have to fabricobble brackets and such to make it work. Then, does anyone know where I might be able to find the LxWxH for the long bed and the short bed tanks? I’ve looked online but the only thing that I’ve been able to find is the fuel capacity, not the physical dimensions of my tank :/

Tank length and contours, frame etc would be difficult to hang any large midship tank. As well as fill neck, lines and such.. If I were to try and add in a saddle type unit, I’d probably fab the tank, or source a more universal option..
