Hello my 1994 ford f-150 5.0l has a 4r70W transmission and I'm getting a loud buzzing/vibration coming from the transmission pan. I've had 4 mechanics tell me different things it could be. It only does it in neutral and it's only from the pan. It also has a hard shift from 1st to 2nd but other than that it's smooth. New filter and fluid with a flush. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

I have had that problem before. The valve body bolts were not tightened sufficiently. I torgued the valve body bolts to specs and the buzzing never reappeared. You could have another problem but that fixed my issue. Copied and pasted from your duplicate entry.
