1996 f-150 creaking
#2
A very common problem with Fords is dried out, worn front end parts. No grease fittings on OEM steering parts and eventually they dry out, creak and sometimes break leaving you in a dangerous situation. Control arm bushings are another item which wear out but my guess is ball joints.. I would get the front end inspected to be on the safe side.

I have replaced all of that. Still creaking and clunking Replaced tie rods and ends drag link ball joints with zerk fittings pumped all of them full of grease, radios arm bushings, shocks . Every thing I could think of. Now I'm wondering if it's the cab mount rubbers. Werd, feel it in the steering though because it kinda clunks too.
