MY BRAKES ARE VERY GRABY. NOT AT ALL SMOOTH,GRADUAL!!! ANY HELP ? THANX....J.L.

 

If you mean the brakes seem as if they don't releace all the way, maybe bad brake hoses going to the calipers.

 

Front brakes or rear brakes?? When you first apply them(the first time you use them for the day) when the are cool or after they get hot just one wheel or all wheels??? The answers to my questions will help me answer your questions

 

Truck puller,thanx much 4 your reply!!! the brakes graby from start up thru entir drive,short or long distance.I would say that the brakes are mostly cold,because I don't drive it hard or pull anything often.The truck has only 43000 miles to date.When I say graby,touchy,I mean at slow speeds 5,10,15,20 mph,as I apply pressur, the pedal depresses normal but then brakes grab hard suddenly as if I had just pushed harder n fater and the truck jerks.(BRAKES GRABY) If I back truck up @15 or 20 mph and stand on the pedal,(as if to adjust rear shoes up from new)they seem to instanly adjust somewhat but still not as should be.Rear or front?I am not sure!my instinct tells me front becuse of the power of the graby braking and how quickly the truck responds to the grab?My passenger door lock is completely not functional from either the remote or the inside power buttons!!! any thoughts?
