Here is a little back ground on my issue. I have a 99 F-150 club cab with the small rear doors that can be opened from the inside jam or the rear passenger seat. I removed the door trim and was able to see that the cable on the driver-side door was loose. I have attempted to get the door open, but do not want to damage the mechanism at the bottom of the door.
This brings me to my questions:
1. Is this a common failure? (I did not use them often)
2. Is there a simple instruction set that details the repairs
(I doubt it)
3. Is there a kit number for the repair parts?
4. Is there a diagram or breakdown available for this item?
