I have a 1999 ford f150 with a 4.6L romeo in it and i would like to upgrade it so i was wondering if anyone knew of anything i could do to it. I was also wondering if the upgrades for a 4.6L mustang motor would work on it. And if not would i be able to put a 5.4L in it without having to change any wiring etc.

 

Yes and yes. The computer for the 4.6 will work on the 5.4.
