Does anyone know the secret of removing the inside front door panels on a 2004 F150 Heritage? I cannot pull the lower plastic tabs out of the holes in the steel door. I can see three 3/4" wide black plastic attachments that are molded to backs of the map pockets.

There's attaching screws that need to be removed first and the tim panel 'lifts' straight up and off of the locating tabs.. Sent you a PM..
