2005 f150 hesitation

2005 f150 hesitation
I have a dramatic hesitation during acceleration through the 40 - 50 mph range and only if I move the gas pedal while going thru this range. I have tried cleaning the throttle body and that did not help. I would appreciate any thoughts anyone may have.
