Replaced everything new Checked vacuum pressure. All seems good. All parts lines and relays are new. Still no 4x4. Any help would be appreciated

 

Climb under & give the solenoid on the trans a love tap w/ a mallet or hammer. That will loosen the stuck solenoid plunger & all will be good.
Turn the 4H/4L & you should hear a click & see the orange indicator on the dash light-up
If'n you don't activate the 4wd switch often it tends to stick "closed" thus not sending signal to activate 4H or 4L.
