Lightbulb 2007 F150 FX4 5.4L from auction... SMFH

SO... i got my first Auction vehicle ...

2007 Ford F150 FX4 5.4L. named B.B.B.= Big Blue Burtha .

all my cars have a nickname ... lol... like it allot... so SCA ad said repossession running ... bought... arrived by angry tired looking tow driver... not starting for him... smh ... what ever... SO!!! ... NO Catalytic and mufflers ... cut off ? ... smh ...so my uphill mission has started ... smh mountain... had a friend find the Codes with his pro computer ... 16 p codes... so after each upgrade ... then i followed with my little computer... clearing codes then running till i get a new one ... reset the pcm by disconnecting the battery and touching them together for a half hour after each major part replacement... YouTube idea... lol

First codes my friend got:

Replaced :
Head light relay missing... got one
2 new VVT solenoids
4 new O2 sensors 2 new Cats and a flow master Muffler ... on 2 n half inch joined pipes factory looking.
new Battery.
new fuel filter ... new 87 gas... injector cleaner... octane booster
oil filter and 7q. mobile one 5w-20.
cleaned the spark plugs... New Dura last ignition coils from auto zone.
new Mass air flow sensor... new k&n air intake filter.
Cleaned the Throttle body.
replaced fire wall Heater hoses... both dripping into ignition coil #4 since before the car arrived

so .. i looked for a vacuum leak... idk ... after all that.. she got a little better ... but ... driving around trying the pcm and transmission learning prosses....first idle the car till normal hot .... then drive normal... not stalling at the stop sign anymore.. but not going into gear at 2k rpm feels like it goes free from the clutch over revs past 4k rpm.... then i have to get off the peddles till it feels like going into gear around 18k-2k rpm... traffic is mad at me... smh

PLEASE HELP !!! what could i do next.

i put a link to the video recorded sound of the engine and Muffler at idle and then at 2k rpm. .. plus i added photo albums of the live data at both idle and running at 2k rpm

What do you think my next step should be?

i really would like a great work truck .... working on it my self is really educational too ... and cheaper ... lol ... thanks ahead of time ?


My ignition coil clips are broken ????.... smh ... would that be a problem? im ordering a set of 8 ... and but plugs ... hmmm?



ok.... I added the new pigtails ... (ignition coil connectors )

I have CL loop... yeah

reset the pcm.

then my transmission started jumping out of gear at 3-4 th gear ... Wow.

so i hear if i get the PCM flashed with the new updates it would fix that... going to the dealer on monday.
i have to make sure they add
