Hi. Might anyone know what this part is called. It’s under the hood on front side of engine compartment. Looks like a water deflection device. I see one on left side as well as right. The right is in picture. Mine is torn.

I have heard them called radiator air deflectors.
They rip all the time. I do not know the cost but depending on the locations of the tear I would likely punch a hole and ziptie it so its in roughly the correct orientation.
