Default 2012 F150 transmission question

I'm a new member and also a first time F150 owner. I purchased a 2012 FX2 about a year ago and when I slow down to almost a stop, I feel a small clunk in the brake pedal and then again in the gas pedal when taking off. I test drove 3 other Ford trucks and all three had the same symptoms. I even took it to my mechanic and he too said that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Is this common on Ford trucks? It drives fine though with no other issues. It just doesn't seem normal to me. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

So I'm answering my own post after talking to a transmission guy. He had me remove the driveshaft and smear heavy grease on the splines inside the yoke. Reinstalled the driveshaft and the problem was solved.

Thanks for the info. My 2012 does the same thing, and the others I drove before buying this one also did the same. I am going to give a try myself and see if it corrects mine.
