Default 2012 FX4 vs 2013 FX2....HELP!

Hey everyone. New to the forum and could use some feedback. Had to sell my Jeep GC cause I need more pull due to a boat upgrade. I'm estimating a weight of around 6000# boat/trailer weight with it loaded so you know where I stand. I'm going to look at the above two trucks today and could use some help. Both are crew cab with the 3.5L V6 eco, 145WB...

The 2012 FX4 has the 3.73 ratio and despite the dealer telling me it would tow 11,000#, my research is showing 9600# with it not having the Max Tow Pack.
The 2013 FX2 has the 3.55 ratio, also no Max Tow Package, but the chart I found has its tow cap at 9800#

Does this seem right that the 3.55 would tow more than the 3.73? I know the FX4 subtracts a little due to the 4x4 weight...

Am I overthinking this and would be fine with either option with a full crew, loaded boat in the north GA mountains? Just for comparison, the FX4 is 5k less but has 50k more miles on it. The FX2 has a lot more options, way less miles, but like I said, 5k more in cost. Is spending 20k or more on a truck with over 100,000k miles just stupid on my part or can these trucks run forever if maintained well? This would just be a weekend ride so I'm hoping miles would balance out over time but I'm open to any suggestions for a truck newb...Thanks!
