302 sputtering at high rpms

timing question
i have a 1986 ford f150 with a fuel injected 302, the question i have is when i have it idling and i hit the gas it dog face's down then rev's up. every thing is timed to it spec's like it is suppose to be ( 10 btc then plug in the advance wire. i am very stumpped with this i need help
