I have a 2010 f150 with the 4r75e transmission 2wd that has blown. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use any 4r75e transmission from any year truck or van? Mainly I’m looking at a 2012 e250 with the 4.6 and the 4r75e transmission? I just want to make sure they’ll work before I buy it.

 

I just ran a check on https://www.car-part.com/ and the result showed a 2012 transmission as an option for your 2010.

 

Ok. I was mainly looking if a 08 e250 5.4 2wd with the 4r75e transmission will work

 

My search on the site shows a 2008 tranny will work with your vehicle. If you provide your VIN the search can narrow compatible transmissions.

EDIT: I'm going to rescind my previous statement because I'm having trouble finding any information elsewhere to validate. Perhaps someone else can weight-in, here to provide more assistance.
