Default 6 cyl with no spark, please help

hi everyone, i have a 1996 f150 with an auto and the 4.9 in it. it is also equipped with that natural gas system. the truck will not spark no matter what. it drove to work and would not start at the end of the day. after a new coil, distributor and module, i have no spark still. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. just a note, the cng system has been disabled for a few months due to a bed alt fuels module that cost $$$$. i cant find any info on the crank sensor, does that have any effect on a no start? thanks again.

Have you made sure the distributer is turning? Just a random thought...

the culprit turned out to be a faulty module that was shorted by a bad distributor, so i had to replace both of those. thanks for your reply.
