Default 77 Ford 1/2 ton

I have a 77 ford 1/2 ton lifted 4 inches with 35's My question is i had my lift on for about 8 months or so. I don't drive the truck everyday but i do take it up in the hills. Yesterday i was driving on the highway doing about 60mph and the truck just darted to the left hard!! the steering wheel moved right with it and it was hard to straighten out. Lucky there was no one next to me in the other lanes. Was able to get it home and i inspected the steering. Noticed the drop track bar top bolt was a lil loose. The bottom bolt was on there tight. So i tightened it back up couldn't find anything else loose. Could that have been the problem to cause it to dart that hard to the left? Or am i overlooking something. I have new tie rod ends and new driver side balljoints. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated
