I dont have an F-150, but since yall dont have an F100 area, Ill post my problem here.

Tried starting my truck last night. Refuses to start. All you can here when you turn the key is light moaning coming from the starter as it turns, but the motor itself doesnt turn. I tried jumping it, it did the same thing. I replaced the starter, same thing. I replaced the solenoid, same thing. The battery is brand new and the best autozone offers. Its a 351M, with about 145,000 miles on it. The only problem Ive had with the truck since I bought it 2 months ago is it takes ahwile to start, but it has always started until now. Please someone help me!

 

Positive battery cable getting hot on a crank attempt? Will it turn by hand easily with a socket/breaker bar on the front balancer bolt?

 

found out its the flywheel....its totally shot
