i have an 88 F150. i plan on putting a cowl induction hood on when i go to paint the truck. i have found one kind of cowl induction hood for the 87-91 body style and its fiberglass. im not keen on using fiberglass but this one has a metal skeleton so its good quality. i was wondering if anyone knows of any companies that make a steel cowl induction hood

 

i would just go ahead and put the next generation's front clip on it, it'll clean up the looks, and give you a couple options of hoods to choose from.
