89 F150 300cui multiple codes; won't run
got the following codes: 96, 95, 63, 32. I'm certain that code 63 is related to low bat voltage. Code 95, 96 are fuel pump related, which would explain why I have 0 fuel pressure. Could they mean a bad PCM, or simply a bad ground?
