92 motor in a 97?

92 motor in a 97?
Hey guys, i got a buddy with a 97 f150 and the V6 with a 5speed. He's also got got a wrecked 92 F150 with a 302 and an auto tranny. anybody ever switched motors out of these trucks? the V6 he has is about to die. Thanks!
