Cleaned adapter for larger hole brake line. Installing new master cylinder. Have to move adapter from old one to new one. It has a small filter screen. The small screen is hard to get in between the two adapter parts. I should hv taken a pic! How does the screen fit or does it not go in between the two adapter parts? Here video

Thought it went together this way but there is a very smal black rod w tiny hole in it on a spring, inside it. The screen is hard to get on that, and then screw it together. I’m thinking I remembered it wron

Is this maybe the correct way since screen literally sits or snaps on that end


Found answer. This new adapter shows how its supposed to be.
