Default '94 F-150 Electical issue

I recently changed the battery in my truck (optima red top). A few weeks after I noticed start up getting a little more sluggish each time then finally it didn't want to start (acted as if the battery was dead). SoI took the battery and alternator and had them tested, both are fine. I had a feeling the cables were getting a little aged and cut back about 8 inches from the terminal and saw corrosion soI replaced them. Now before I replaced the cables I was still getting power to my accessories, but since the cable replacement, I have no power anywhere. I've gone back over my connections, checked and rechecked my grounds and even replaced the starter cyliniod. I'm getting power to the cylinoid, but the lead out isn't showing anything which leads to all the accessories.

I'm stumped at this point and have contacted all my local resources.

I've been told that it's possible for the optima red top to test fine, but just not work under a load, but I'm assuming that I should still have some accessory power.

If anybody has any suggestions, please feel free.

Thanks.

I've stuck every point I can see with a tester light. That battery cable is the one that has 2 leadscoming from thebattery (one to the starter and one to the solenoid). I get power to the incoming side of the solenoid, but nothing coming out.

Starting to think it's the ignition switch. But I'm only aask andtry type mechanic.
