Default 95 F-150 5.8 Hesitates accelerating

Hello guys. My F-150 hesitates after the vehicle warms up and when I accelerate. Start up is fine, idle is fine. I changed the fuel filter, plugs,wires,rotor and cap. Problem still exsists. I checked the codes and one code said "low EGR flow" and the other said something about the converter but I had previously disconnected the lock up solenoid wire to the tranny to stop a prior shuttering problem. This hesitation feels like a bogging/misfire. Has anyone had this issue? And what was your fix? I also have a couple exhaust leaks around the exhaust manifold..... if that has anything to do with it. Thanks

Hi Gearhead, Welcome.
Since no one has replied yet, maybe I might be able to help.
Could you please provide the latest codes you received.
Which side of the engine has the exhaust manifold leaks?
Do you know how to do the KOEO and KOER tests?
KOEO= Key on engine off
KOER= Key on engine running
